All of our 23 ensuite rooms are colour themed using traditional rich Georgian colours and are thoughtfully furnished to a high standard to include all the modern facilities required by the 21st century discerning guest, whilst still retaining the character of this early 19th century property. Some of our front facing rooms overlook Hoe Park and to the right you can see the sea.

Please be aware that being a grade II listed building we do not have a lift, third floor rooms are reduced in price to compensate for this but may not be suitable for guests with mobility problems. If you require a low floor please let us know when making your reservation.
