Honey and Mint glazed rump of lamp served with crushed new potatoes, artichokes, confit baby onions, sweet red peppers and a red wine sauce…. sounds amazing doesn’t it? Well it tastes it too!
The new menu offered by Roy’s at The Invicta Hotel has a wonderful variety to chose from and really does have something for everyone. The restaurant is a hidden gem, but not for much longer given the reviews that people are giving it! Our Head Chef Michael Deans and his team are really doing us proud.
